The head of IDP is a new position created to cope with the demands of the modern game. Every position on the field is played differently, and every player in that position has a unique profile. For this reason, it will be crucial to understand and identify the key areas of improvement for each player and connect them with our player profiles' core characteristics. The Head of IDP has the responsibility to enhance the performance of individual players within a team context. To accomplish this task will be essential to offer continuous support to individual players, teammates around the player and staff involved in the player’s development. Self-management, leadership, and a positive attitude to build strong relationships with players and staff will be essential to complete the tasks assigned for this role. INDIVIDUAL WORK: Identify individual needs during the game for players in the second team and the U18s, U16s, and U15s in the academy. Create individual, position, and unit (2, 3, 4 players) training sessions to focus on a specific position and area of the field.
