After-School Soccer Coach (Elementary Students)

Perfect for teachers, coaches, college students, former athletes, or anyone looking for a fun part-time afternoon position!

The Studios Brookhaven is hiring an energetic Soccer Coach to lead our after-school enrichment program at Westminster School this fall.

Schedule

  • Wednesdays
  • August 19 – December 16
  • 3:00–3:45 PM & 3:45–4:30 PM
  • No class the Wednesday before Thanksgiving

Pay

  • $60 per class ($120 each Wednesday)

This is a recreational elementary program focused on helping kids build confidence, stay active, and have fun! Coaches are encouraged to be creative with games, relays, scrimmages, obstacle courses, and other engaging soccer activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience playing or coaching soccer preferred
  • Must love working with elementary-aged children
  • Reliable, positive, and energetic

Requirements

  • Background check required
  • Employment is contingent upon passing Westminster School's zero-tolerance drug screening. Any detectable amount of THC or other prohibited substances will result in a failed screening.

Pay: $60.00 per hour

  • Sales & Player Growth Playbook: Use cool marketing tactics and promos to boost sessions and camps. Collaborate with other center leaders to grow our TOCA soccer program.
  • Bring Players Back for More: Follow up with past players and get them back on the field with fun "come-back" offers.
  • Budget Captain: Keep an eye on revenue, expenses, and find ways to grow the program while sticking to the budget.

Training Tech & Operational Vibes (25%)

  • Tech-Powered Kickstart: Run 10 free “Kick Off” sessions each week, introducing players to TOCA’s tech-focused training tools. Use data to show players their progress and boost conversions.
  • Clean & Clutter-Free: Make sure the facility is always in top shape—clean, welcoming, and buzzing with positive energy.
  • Session Strategist: Work with the General Manager to update schedules, improve rebooking rates, and keep players engaged. Ensure that each training session sticks to TOCA standards for quality.

TOCA Standards Champion (25%)

  • Drive implementation of TOCA Session Standards: Ensure your team of Trainers consistently delivers high-quality sessions that align with TOCA's curriculum and play
  • er pathways. Cascade new information and best practices to maintain excellence across all training sessions.

  • 1-2 years of operations leadership experience—bonus points if it’s in sports, retail, or hospitality
  • Passionate about player development and thrilled to see players improve their skills.
  • Build Your Dream Team: Recruit, train, and lead a squad of coaches who live for soccer and love TOCA’s tech-driven approach.

Company Description

Lazers Soccer Club provides comprehensive youth and adult soccer programs to 3,500+ players annually.

Role Description

This is a fall and spring season on-site coaching position located in Peachtree City, GA.

Lazers is currently looking for adults at least of 18 years of age. Schedule is based on the part timer's availability.

Part Time Staff coaches typically work a 1-3 days per week in a variety of ways with our large player pool and the club's volunteer coaching staff.

Qualifications

  • Previous Coaching/Playing Experience in soccer is preferred
  • USSF National Grassroots (National "E") Licenses, or Non-US National "E" Equivalent is preferred
  • Ability to Demonstrate Techniques and Follow Lazers Core Coaching Principles
  • Ability to follow and teach Lazers Core Principles and the Lazers Vernacular
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with players, parents, and other staff members
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire athletes in a positive and constructive manner
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

Pay is based on experience.
