Reporting to the Manager, Fan Engagement Strategy and Experiences, this role ensures operational excellence, delivering memorable and emotionally resonant activations that bring the U.S. Soccer brand to life and support fan growth, enhancing fan experiences, passion, sentiment, engagement and ticket sales goals. This position requires strong ownership mentality, urgency, communication, and organizational discipline. The Fan Engagement Coordinator will be expected to proactively move projects forward, manage multiple timelines simultaneously, and ensure fan engagement initiatives are executed with excellence from concept to recap.Success in this role requires much more than on-site event support. The Fan Engagement Coordinator will be expected to independently manage multiple fan engagement workstreams, proactively coordinate internal and external stakeholders, support the 360° amplification of activations across digital, email and media channels, and maintain operational excellence across planning, execution, reporting, and administrative processes.Primary Responsibilities  Fan Engagement & Experience OperationsCollaborate closely with the Fan Engagement Strategy and Experiences Manager to execute strategies that enhance both matchday and non-matchday experiences while fostering emotional connection, igniting passion, and driving fandom growth by blending world-class entertainment with authentic soccer culture and fan-first experiences. Support fan research efforts by collecting data on engagement trends and activation performance. Maintain records of activation best practices, operational workflows, and post-event reports. Support other duties as assigned related to fan engagement and matchday operations. Event & Matchday Activation SupportAssist in the planning and execution of fan engagement activations, matchday experiences, and grassroots initiatives to enhance fan interaction (including Fan HQ, Block Parties, Gate Giveaways, and thematic fan experience zones).Coordinate all logistics for fan zones, on-site activations, and experiences, ensuring smooth setup, operation, and teardown. Maintain activation assets and ensure inventory, signage, and branded materials are event-ready and aligned with brand standards. Serve as a key liaison with internal departments, vendors, and external partners to align on event planning and execution. Serve as an on-site point of contact during events, ensuring all activations run smoothly and resolving any operational challenges. Ability to travel to 100% of the US Soccer matches. 360° Fan Journey & Cross-Channel AmplificationWork closely with Social, Content, Marketing, Media Partnerships, Insiders, and Communications teams to ensure fan engagement initiatives are amplified across digital and fan-facing channels before, during, and after events.Support the creation and delivery of fan-facing communications tied to activations, including Know Before You Go materials, promotional touchpoints, supporter messaging, and event storytelling.Independently own assigned Fan Engagement initiatives and workstreams from planning through execution, follow-up, and post-event reporting.Contribute ideas, recommendations, and operational improvements that continuously elevate fan engagement experiences and increase impact.Maintain best-practice documentation, event recaps, and operational playbooks for future scalability.Cross-Functional CoordinationPartner with internal teams (Events, Production, Media Partnerships, Marketing, DEI, Insiders, and Supporter Groups) to ensure smooth operational flow across all fan touchpoints. Manage event logistics, assisting in staffing coordination, credentialing, and vendor scheduling for activation days. Position Description

Working as part of the Advancement team and reporting to the Director, Advancement Operations, the Senior Gift Processing Coordinator, is responsible for the recording and processing of all donations and ensuring all gifts are promptly and accurately entered, receipted, and acknowledged. Creating and updating donor records, writing, and generating reports, and lists, and ensuring data integrity and compliance with applicable laws and US Soccer gift acceptance policies.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily gift processing activities including, using various giving platforms and Salesforce for gift entry, receipts, and donor acknowledgement production.
  • Demonstrated experience managing constituent data, demographic updates, gift entry, reporting, dashboards creation, gift receipts and acknowledgement letters.
  • Oversee collection and opening of mail, lockbox, and bank deposit processes.
  • Ensure that all pledges and gifts are processed and recorded accurately and acknowledged on a timely basis.
  • Researches and evaluates all gift-related documents and data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop process to streamline donor acknowledgement letters and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage escalated gift-related calls and data related issues as needed and collaborate with Advancement Team and other partners to resolve.
  • Stays up to date on legal or other related changes impacting charitable donations and makes recommendations for improvement and compliance.
  • Partner with Director, Advancement Operations to apply applicable laws, regulations, and procedures to all facets of gift processing, reporting and acknowledgement.
  • Collaborate with the Director, Advancement Operations with preparations for monthly reconciliation with Finance and Accounting.
  • Periodically review and update policies and procedures and ensure they are aligned with organizational gift acceptance policy and applicable laws.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and AASP gift processing and gift acknowledgement best practices for non-profits.
  • Ability to manage the daily workflow, conduct needs assessments, and develop plans to increase efficiency of departmental operations and process improvement.
  • Assist with the gift agreement review process including documentation, proofreading, tracking, scanning, preparing for signature, distribution, and other tasks required to finalize agreements.
  • Function as the subject matter expert for all gift processing systems and Salesforce.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience using Salesforce required.
  • Minimum 4 years of gift processing and/or accounts receivable experience with a proven record of accurate results and timeliness.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, advanced Excel, Access, PowerPoint,) and Outlook.
  • Solid relationship building and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Position Description

We’re looking for a Senior Coordinator, Graphic Design to be a part of U.S. Soccer’s newly formed creative suite, responsible for bringing U.S. Soccer’s brand to life through visual storytelling across multiple touch points. As part of a passionate team of creative problem solvers, you will work on the design and production (concept through to execution) for creative concepts aligned with U.S. Soccer’s Brand strategy and standards to define the voice of our brand and help U.S. Soccer achieve its mission of existing in service to soccer.  

The position will require someone who has the capacity to ideate and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, who thinks on their feet and operates quickly in the fast-moving environment of international soccer and thinks creatively about how to connect with fans and achieve brand and business goals.  We are looking for someone who aspires to creative excellence and will help drive the organization in pursuit of that goal.  The position will focus on projects related to all 27 National Teams, as well as Federation efforts to grow and develop the sport in the U.S. 
  
Primary Responsibilities 
  • Develop high-quality creative (for online and offline channels) that brings U.S. Soccer’s brand to life and promotes the brand’s narrative and achieve federation objectives  
  • Ability to create within a brand system to establish brand consistency (tone of voice, style, color, and quality) 
  • Flexibility to work game days which may include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Push the boundaries of design to deliver communication and visuals that excites and engages fans and other key audiences

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications 
  • 1 – 3 years of working full-time in an agency or in-house creative department 
  • Strong understanding of digital media including social media, website, app, email, etc.
  • Strong, audience-focused design capabilities in both print and new media. 
  • Must present a portfolio of work that represents a diverse creative skill set including:
    • Typography
    • Identity / logo design
    • Photo editing and compositing
    • Data visualization / Infographics
  • Basic understanding of developing both vector and raster graphics

Position Description  
 
The Performance Innovation Specialist will play a pivotal role in the implementation and operational execution of Performance Innovation initiatives within U.S. Soccer. Reporting directly to the Director of Performance Innovation, this position is designed to strengthen the department’s capacity to deliver high-impact, cross-functional projects that advance the health, performance, and development of players and staff across the U.S. Soccer ecosystem.  
 
This role will play a key technical and operational role in the development of the Performance Innovation Lab at the National Training Center (NTC), with a primary focus on biomechanical analysis, motion capture systems, performance technology integration, and the execution of applied, performance-centered research projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in project management, with a strong understanding of scientific methodology and the ability to operate effectively within a transdisciplinary, integrated performance support environment. This position will work collaboratively with internal departments (e.g., Performance Science, Performance Medicine, Data Analytics, Performance Analytics, etc.), as well as external stakeholders (e.g., academic institutions, technology partners, and funding agencies).
 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide support in the design and management of performance innovation projects. This may imply providing support in conducting experiments, including setting up equipment, preparing materials, and recording observations.  
  • Lead the setup, calibration, and operation of motion capture systems (e.g., marker-based/ markerless) and force platforms within the NTC Performance Lab  
  • Support biomechanical data collection during testing sessions and translate biomechanical insights into actionable recommendations, including data analytics and data visualizations targeting a range of stakeholders. 
  • Assist in addressing applied research questions raised by high-performance staff, collaborating with external experts, universities, PhD candidates, or other partners when appropriate. 
  • Conduct literature reviews to stay informed on emerging research, technologies, and methodologies.  
  • Assist in the processing, analysis, and interpretation of data to extract meaningful insights.  
  • Document experimental procedures, analyze results, and contribute to technical reports, presentations, and internal and peer-reviewed publications. 
  • Support the creation of communication materials that translate research findings into actionable insights (e.g., develop and publish educational resources across digital platforms). 
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning through knowledge exchange. 
  • Lead the organization of performance innovation events such as webinars, symposia, and workshops. 
  • Assist with day-to-day project management tasks, including scheduling, coordinating communication between stakeholders, and tracking progress toward milestones. 
  • Assist in the preparation of grant proposals, funding applications, and finding donors, sponsors, or industry funding to keep growing research and innovation at US Soccer. 
  • Facilitate collaboration opportunities and attract innovative companies capable of addressing key challenges in soccer. 
  • Ensure all initiatives align with U.S. Soccer’s strategic priorities and adhere to ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols 
  • Stay current with scientific and technological advancements and share learnings to elevate the department’s collective expertise.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications  
  • Master’s degree and PhD degree (or willingness to start a PhD program) in an area related to Integrated Performance Support (e.g., Sport Science, Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, etc.) 
  • Hands-on experience with motion capture systems and force platforms, with a strong applied biomechanics background and ability to support data collection and interpretation 
  • General knowledge of soccer / Strong knowledge of soccer  
  • Capable of working in fast-paced and demanding environments  
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize workflow  
  • Must be able to connect “micro” details to the “macro” vision and mission  
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work and execute under pressure and deadlines  
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) and Tableau/Power-BI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication combined with a professional demeanor with excellent capacity and understanding to write scientific papers  
  • Able and willing to travel up to 10-15% of the year
