Position Description  

We are looking for a Coordinator, Motion Graphics with strong graphic design skills to join U.S. Soccer’s Creative Studio. This role will support bringing the brand to life through animated elements across multiple touchpoints. As part of a passionate team of creative problem solvers, you will report to the Manager, Motion Graphics and work on the design and production of animated creative concepts aligned with U.S. Soccer’s brand strategy and standards, helping to define the voice of the brand and support U.S. Soccer’s mission. 

The position requires someone who can ideate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, think on their feet, operate swiftly in the fast-paced environment of international soccer, and creatively connect with fans to achieve both brand and business goals. We are looking for someone who aspires to creative excellence and will help drive the organization toward that goal. The position will focus on projects related to all 27 National Teams, as well as Federation efforts to grow and develop the sport in the U.S. 
  
Primary Responsibilities 
  • Develop high-quality LED graphics for in-stadium that brings U.S. Soccer’s brand to life and promotes the brand’s narrative and achieve Federation objectives 
  • Create best-in-class animated elements for use across social and web channels
  • Ability to create within a brand system to establish brand consistency (tone of voice, style, color, and quality) 
  • Flexibility to work game days which may include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Push the boundaries of design to deliver communication and visuals that excites and engages fans and other key audiences 
  • Partner with internal creatives, U.S. Soccer staff, and external partners to foster a collaborative process, environment, and culture of creative excellence at U.S. Soccer
  • Leverage best practices to develop resources, guidelines and templates that ensure consistency, efficiency and improves our ability to meet the highest level of creative and brand standards across all communication 
  • Play a key role in Digital asset management throughout the organization 
  • Shares inspiration and best practices from design, sports, and other industries
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in cross-functional projects with teams across U.S. Soccer, such as Consumer Products, Media, Events, Sporting, etc. 

Requirements
 
Minimum Qualifications 
  • 1–2 years of working full-time in an agency or in-house creative department on motion design 
  • Strong understanding of digital media including social media, website, app, etc.
  • Must present a portfolio of work that represents a diverse creative skill set including: 
    • Motion Design
    • Typography
    • Data visualization / Infographics
  • Basic understanding of developing both vector and raster graphics
  • Have the eye to apply design systems to multiple assets
  • Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premier, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Ability to understand/follow creative direction and incorporate constructive feedback
  • Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills with an ability to work within strict deadlines and quick turnarounds
  • Must be able to work non-traditional hours and available remotely or ability to travel to be on-site during matches and events
  • Has a pulse on social media and cultural trends, and user interaction
  • Must reside or be willing to relocate to Atlanta 
  • General knowledge of soccer 
  • Capable of working in fast-paced and demanding environments
  • Must be able to connect “micro” details to the “macro” vision and mission 
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) 

Desired Qualifications
  • Comfortable flexing into static design and being able to step in to execute high-quality graphic design work when support is needed
  • Experience with Cinema 4
  • Experience with After Effects Scripting
  • Leverages AI tools to enhance creative exploration and streamline workflows

We’re looking for a Senior Coordinator, Graphic Design to be a part of U.S. Soccer’s newly formed creative suite, responsible for bringing U.S. Soccer’s brand to life through visual storytelling across multiple touch points. Position Description 

U.S. Soccer is seeking a Coordinator, Partnership Marketing to join our industry-leading team and help drive the growth of soccer in the United States. This individual will be a key contributor within U.S. Soccer’s growing commercial team and an important driver in the relationship between the Federation and its current and potential strategic partners. The coordinator will be keenly focused on driving partner-specific commercial value among its roster of blue-chip partners. The coordinator will collaborate with the balance of the U.S. Soccer commercial team to build the U.S. Soccer brand, engage fans, and deliver results.

Primary Responsibilities 

This individual will be a key contributor on a team 100% focused on activation, growth and retention of current U.S. Soccer strategic partnerships including, but not limited to:
  • Ensuring matchday success: lead execution of on-site partner activations at all domestic U.S. Soccer controlled matches; coordinate and communicate needs with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Leading day-to-day relationships: own and support U.S. Soccer’s relationships with assigned commercial partners to maximize partner value; develop and implement creative and high-impact activations that help all parties achieve their goals, including Media and Content integration with our partners to build and strengthen long-term strategic relationships.
  • Establishing new platforms and opportunities: support collaboration with U.S. Soccer colleagues across all departments to create and implement sellable programming and identify ways that current partners can be authentically integrated to help accomplish their goals, and support U.S. Soccer’s bullish growth projections.
  •  Developing and presenting onboarding materials: leverage partner activation expertise to create communication that helps new partners implement their programming quickly and effectively to support delivery of high-impact activations. 

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of expertise
  • 2-4 years of experience working with or managing corporate partnerships 
  • General knowledge of soccer
  • Capable of working in fast-paced and demanding environments
  • Must be able to connect “micro” details to the “macro” vision and mission
  • Able and willing to travel up to 35% of the time to all domestic U.S. Soccer controlled matches 
  • Able and willing to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends & holidays

  • Experience in sports partnership marketing and activation
  • Strong analytical skills with experience understanding and interpreting quantitative and qualitative research to assist with partnership recaps and communicating activation success

Position Description 

U.S. Soccer is seeking a Manager, Soccer Forward Content & Video to lead the storytelling and content development for Soccer Forward, the Federation’s initiative to grow the game and expand access to soccer in communities across the country.

This role will own the development, production and execution of Soccer Forward content across platforms, with a strong emphasis on video-first storytelling and social distribution. Embedded within the Federation’s video team, this position will operate as the primary content lead for Soccer Forward, translating initiatives into compelling narratives that connect with key audiences.

This role will also help guide the Soccer Forward content strategy, in close collaboration with the Content Strategy & Planning team and Soccer Forward stakeholders, ensuring all storytelling ladders up to Federation priorities, audience needs and measurable impact.

The role requires a creator mindset, with the ability to identify, capture and produce content independently while also partnering with internal teams on larger-scale production. The Manager will work cross-functionally across video, social media, editorial and strategy teams to ensure content is aligned, platform-native and impactful.

The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller and hands-on creator who is comfortable developing content plans, capturing content in the field and editing video for distribution across digital platforms.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Own the Soccer Forward content calendar and narrative, translating Federation initiatives into cohesive, platform-native storytelling
  • Lead the production and execution of video-first content, maintaining a consistent cadence of output that drives awareness, engagement and growth for Soccer Forward
  • Capture video content in the field, including shooting on professional cameras (e.g. Sony FX6) and mobile devices.
  • Edit video content across formats, from quick-turn mobile edits to more polished pieces, optimized for platform-specific distribution
  • Identify real-time storytelling opportunities and create timely, relevant content that reflects community impact and cultural moments
  • Partner with Federation video leads to plan and execute larger-scale productions, ensuring alignment with broader production standards
  • Collaborate with the Social Media team to ensure content is optimized for platform performance and distribution best practices
  • Partner with Content Strategy & Planning and Soccer Forward leadership to help shape and guide the Soccer Forward content strategy, ensuring alignment with Federation priorities, audience targets and platform best practices 
  • Oversee key Soccer Forward content platforms and series, ensuring consistency in voice, quality and output across all touchpoints
  • Track and analyze content performance, using insights to inform future content decisions and improve output
  • Support live event and on-site coverage, including travel to Soccer Forward activation and community initiatives

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in content creation, video production and social media
  • Strong experience shooting video with professional camera equipment (e.g. Sony FX6) and mobile devices
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere)
