We’re on the hunt for a high-energy leader who can lead a shift, hype the team, and keep our soccer center running smoother than a clean pass in the final third. As a Lead Experience Associate, you’ll own the guest experience, guide your teammates, and bring big TOCA energy to everything you do. **owning the front desk- owns first and last impression**

Your Game Plan:
Own the Guest Experience (30%)
  • Greet guests like they’re VIPs (because they are!)
  • Answer questions, solve problems, and spread good vibes (you lead the front desk experience!)

Coach & Champion Your Team (25%)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Class Coach for the TOCA Soccer Training Facility who will be responsible for teaching soccer skills, fostering a love for the game, and promoting sportsmanship in a fun and safe environment. TOCA Classes are designed to introduce kids as young as possible to team-settings and enhance their sports and social skills. This is a part-time, hourly opportunity to join a department within an evolving and innovative soccer training facility and contribute to inspiring confidence and a love for the sport at a very young age. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about soccer, enjoy working with children, and are looking to create awesome and meaningful experiences for children as they learn and develop.

Role Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Soccer Instruction: Teach energetic, engaging, and fun class sessions to children aged 18 months to 7 years old in a structured manner following TOCA Kids curriculum.
  • Skill Development: Assist players in improving their soccer skills through progressive drills and exercises tailored to the skill level of each age group.
  • Game Play: Organize and lead age-appropriate soccer activities to apply the skills learned during classes.
  • Safety: Ensure the safety of all participants by following safety guidelines, monitoring for injuries, and maintaining proper first-aid supplies.
  • Motivation and Encouragement: Create a positive and encouraging atmosphere, fostering a love for the sport while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with parents, providing updates on players' progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Equipment and Field Maintenance: Assist in setting up and maintaining the kids classes field space and equipment, ensuring a safe and clean environment for training sessions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary administrative tasks, including attendance records, evaluations, and any other paperwork required by program leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A strong understanding of soccer fundamentals and experience playing or coaching soccer.
  • College level club soccer playing experience is preferred
  • Experience working with children in a sports or educational setting, demonstrating patience and the ability to motivate and engage young athletes.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and fellow coaching staff.
  • Passion for creating an inviting and welcoming environment that aligns with TOCA Soccer Training's values.
  • A genuine interest for soccer and a desire to share this enthusiasm with young players.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Availability to work afternoons and weekends, as most youth soccer classes take place during these times.
  • Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for long durations of time.
  • Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of 30+ pounds.

Calling all soccer lovers! We’re looking for a Leagues Coordinator to help us score big by running our soccer leagues at TOCA. If you're all about creating an awesome game-day vibe, keeping things fun and fair, and growing a community of passionate soccer players, this is your shot!

Your Game Plan (Role Breakdown):

Marketing & Building the Squad (40%)
  • You’ll be our star striker when it comes to getting the word out and filling up the leagues!
  • Team up with marketing to promote leagues and keep the buzz going.
  • Stay on top of soccer trends and use feedback to keep the players happy and coming back.
  • Bring in new players and teams through community partnerships, cross-promotions, and killer events.
  • Keep track of budgets, manage registration fees, and share updates with the team.

League Operations – The Day-to-Day Play (50%)
  • This is your midfield game—organizing leagues and making sure every match runs smoothly.
  • Help plan and run leagues, tournaments, and special events.
  • Set up fields, manage schedules, and make sure everything is fair play.
  • Coordinate with referees and teams to handle any game-day curveballs.
  • Keep track of player rosters and registrations and solve any schedule clashes.
  • Make match day safe, fun, and all-around awesome for players and fans alike.
Leadership & Teamwork (10%)
  • Think of yourself as the captain of the league experience!
  • Help hire and schedule referees, making sure we’ve got the best of the best.
