The Regional Refereeing Lead builds strong relationships across the region, supports State Referee Committees and local organizations in implementing national priorities, and brings regional insight directly into how refereeing programs are designed, refined, and delivered.

  • Help determine the appropriate internal and external resources needed to deliver projects successfully.
  • Track project budgets and flag potential scope or cost issues early.

Quality and Consistency

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the quality bar expected for a national brand.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of U.S. Soccer's brand identity and creative standards.
  • Protect creative integrity while balancing timelines, budgets, resources, and operational realities.
