Game Operations & Officiating (60%)
- Officiate league & pickup games by enforcing rules consistently and fairly
- Manage game flow to ensure matches start and end on time
- Communicate rules, calls, and expectations clearly to players
- Maintain a safe playing environment at all times
- Serve as a welcoming and professional presence on the field
- Address player questions or concerns in a calm and respectful manner
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and sportsmanlike atmosphere
- Share information about leagues, programs, and upcoming events when appropriate
- Track game time, attendance, and required match details
- Ensure equipment is set up properly and remains in good condition
- Report any facility or equipment issues to leadership
- Represent TOCA’s core values through professionalism and teamwork
- Support a positive league environment aligned with TOCA expectations
- Act as a role model for players, teammates, and guests
Qualifications
- Prior experience playing soccer at the high school level or higher preferred
- Previous officiating experience is a plus; USSF certification preferred but not required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment

- Create a positive vibe that keeps the kids motivated and excited about soccer.
- Keep parents in the loop with progress updates, ensuring everyone is part of the team’s success!
Game Day Prep: Safety & Setup (15%)
- Make sure the field and equipment are safe and ready to go.
- Follow all safety guidelines to keep the little players protected and happy.
Off the Field: Admin & Support (5%)
- Handle class rosters, attendance, and player evaluations.
- Help with any additional program needs like setting up for the next class or organizing paperwork.
What You Bring to the Pitch:
- Soccer experience (playing or coaching) and a passion for the game.
- Love working with kids and helping them grow.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Availability to work afternoons and weekends, as most youth soccer classes take place during these times.
- Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for long durations of time.
- Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of 30+ pounds.
- Energy to stay active and lift equipment when needed.

- Recruit, train, and support coaches, making sure they bring the energy and follow TOCA’s class methodology and curriculum.

Position Overview:
Be the mayor behind TOCA’s kids soccer program! As the Class Coordinator, you’ll help run the show—delivering fun, energetic soccer experiences for kids while making sure everything goes off without a hitch. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about soccer, loves working with kids, and wants to help build a strong soccer community.
Your Game Plan:
Game Day Operations: On the Field Experience (50%)
- Coach soccer classes for different age groups that keep kids engaged and developing their skills.
- Ensure smooth scheduling, safe play areas, and that everything is set for each class.
- Work with coaches and parents to make sure classes run smoothly and meet TOCA’s high standards.
Behind the scenes plays (25%)
- Communicate with parents to ensure program success.
- Schedule Teammates to deliver our programming.
- Track success of the business.
Community Coach: Build Relationships (15%)
- Team up with your GM to plan and spread the word about TOCA classes and keep the community involved.
- Build relationships with parents, schools, and local clubs to grow the program and attract new players.
- Help improve player retention by following up with dropped clients and contributing to our "Win Back" plan.
Team Captain: Coach Leadership & Development (10%)
- Support the recruiting, training, and development of coaches, ensuring they bring energy and follow TOCA’s class methodology and curriculum.
