Job Title: Kids Class Manager 
Location: Johns Creek, GA
Report To: General Manager  
Hours: Full Time, available for nights, weekends and holidays

Position Overview:
As the Class Manager, you’re the coach behind the scenes, making sure TOCA’s kids' soccer program runs smoothly and grows. You’ll manage everything from planning fun soccer classes to building a strong team of coaches—all while creating a safe, exciting environment where kids can fall in love with the game.
Your Game Plan:
Building the Program: Marketing & Growth (50%)
  • Plan and execute strategies to attract more players and grow the program, working with parents, schools, and local sports clubs.
  • Hit monthly goals by managing budgets, tracking performance, and making sure TOCA classes continue to thrive.
  • Keep the team motivated by engaging with past clients, executing "Win Back" strategies, and finding new opportunities for growth.
Running the Show: Class Operations (25%)
  • Coach, skill-boosting soccer classes for different age groups, keeping things safe and structured.
  • Make sure the field is prepped, equipment is ready, and everyone is on the same page for a smooth experience.
  • Schedule Coaches for our Programs to ensure a successful experience.
  • Quickly address any feedback or concerns to ensure classes stay fun and engaging.
Leading the Team: Coach Development (25%)
  • Recruit, train, and support coaches, making sure they bring the energy and follow TOCA’s class methodology and curriculum.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and experience reviews to help coaches perform their best on the field.
  • Partner with leadership to keep communication clear and schedules running smoothly.
What You Bring to the Pitch:
  • 1-2 years of operations leadership experience—bonus points if it’s in sports, retail, or hospitality
  • Experience managing kids' sports programs or coaching.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
  • Passion for soccer and creating an exciting, safe environment for young players.
  • Ready to lead full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.

Position Overview:
Be the game-changer! Lead our tech-powered soccer training program and help players of all levels level up fast. You’ll be the one making TOCA’s cutting-edge, tech-driven training fun and impactful while managing a squad of energized coaches.


Your Game Plan:
Community Growth & Program Buzz (50%)
  • Soccer Hype Master: Connect with players, parents, local clubs, and coaches to spread the TOCA love. Your job? Get more players into TOCA sessions and keep them coming back for more.
  • Sales & Player Growth Playbook: Use cool marketing tactics and promos to boost sessions and camps. Collaborate with other center leaders to grow our TOCA soccer program.
  • Bring Players Back for More: Follow up with past players and get them back on the field with fun "come-back" offers.
  • Budget Captain: Keep an eye on revenue, expenses, and find ways to grow the program while sticking to the budget.
Training Tech & Operational Vibes (25%)
  • Tech-Powered Kickstart: Run 10 free “Kick Off” sessions each week, introducing players to TOCA’s tech-focused training tools. Use data to show players their progress and boost conversions.
  • Clean & Clutter-Free: Make sure the facility is always in top shape—clean, welcoming, and buzzing with positive energy.
  • Session Strategist: Work with the General Manager to update schedules, improve rebooking rates, and keep players engaged. Ensure that each training session sticks to TOCA standards for quality.
TOCA Standards Champion (25%)
  • Drive implementation of TOCA Session Standards: Ensure your team of Trainers consistently delivers high-quality sessions that align with TOCA's curriculum and player pathways. Cascade new information and best practices to maintain excellence across all training sessions.
  • Build Your Dream Team: Recruit, train, and lead a squad of coaches who live for soccer and love TOCA’s tech-driven approach.
  • Coach the Coaches: Provide regular feedback, lead fun training sessions, and ensure coaches are high-energy and ready to deliver awesome player experiences.
  • Safety & Fun Balance: Make sure all coaches keep things fun while following TOCA’s safety rules.
Who You Are:
  • 1-2 years of operations leadership experience—bonus points if it’s in sports, retail, or hospitality
  • Passionate about player development and thrilled to see players improve their skills.

Position Overview:
Ready to coach the next generation of soccer players? As a TOCA Class Coach, you’ll introduce young kids (18 months to 13 Years Old) to the beautiful game, helping them develop soccer and social skills in a fun and energetic environment. You'll inspire confidence, teamwork, and a love for soccer, all while making each session playful and exciting!

Your Game Plan:
On the Field: Coaching & Player Development (60%)
  • Run fun and engaging soccer sessions, using TOCA's curriculum to guide the little ones through drills and activities.
  • Organize playful games where kids can apply new skills while learning teamwork and sportsmanship.
  • Tailor each class to the kids' age and abilities, making sure they improve while having a blast.
Team Spirit: Motivation & Communication (20%)
  • Create a positive vibe that keeps the kids motivated and excited about soccer.
  • Keep parents in the loop with progress updates, ensuring everyone is part of the team’s success!
Game Day Prep: Safety & Setup (15%)
  • Make sure the field and equipment are safe and ready to go.
  • Follow all safety guidelines to keep the little players protected and happy.
Off the Field: Admin & Support (5%)
  • Handle class rosters, attendance, and player evaluations.
  • Help with any additional program needs like setting up for the next class or organizing paperwork.
What You Bring to the Pitch:
  • Soccer experience (playing or coaching) and a passion for the game.
  • Love working with kids and helping them grow.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Availability to work afternoons and weekends, as most youth soccer classes take place during these times.
  • Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for long durations of time.
  • Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of 30+ pounds.
  • Energy to stay active and lift equipment when needed.
